Departure from Aydın to Nevşehir.
DAY 1
We arrive in Aksaray with the first light of day. We take our break for breakfast in Aksaray and start our tour.
First, we move to Göreme. We take a photo break at Paşabağ (Monks Valley) where we will see the best examples of the unique fairy chimneys. After wandering among the fairy chimneys in Paşabağ and taking photos, we head towards Avanos. After watching and learning about pottery making in Avanos, we take a lunch break. To eat the famous Testi Kebab, we come to an authentic restaurant that reflects the region's texture, called Avanos; Evranos. The experience of tasting a local dish in a large cave carved underground opens our appetite. After our meal, we move on to Dervent Valley. After hearing the stories of the formations here from our guide, we will have free time for photography. After our free time, we head to Ürgüp in Nevşehir. We visit the Turasan Wine Cellar, which is frequently mentioned. Continuing our tour, we go to the Onyx Stone Workshop to learn about the features and processing of Onyx, a subtype of Quartz. After being amazed among the colorful stones, our guests who wish can join the ATV or Horse Safari tour (extra). After completing our visit here, we move to our hotel to have dinner. After dinner, guests who wish can attend the famous Turkish Night (extra). The Kapadokya Turkish Night program typically begins with a Semah performance. Marriage rituals unique to the Turks, such as asking for a girl and taking a bride, are narrated through theatrical performances, and selected classical Turkish music pieces are performed. The inevitable oriental dance shows and folk dance performances from all over Anatolia are also held. Between the shows, dance music is played and dancing occurs. The finale of the Kapadokya Turkish Night usually ends with a Caucasian dance performance. At the end of the night, we settle into our hotel for accommodation. (GRAND ÖZTÜRK)
DAY 2
Guests who wish can join the optional Hot Air Balloon Tour or Balloon Ride early in the morning with our guide. Here, you can capture wonderful photo shots and enjoy the balloon tour. We are in our hotel for breakfast time. After having our breakfast at the hotel, we move to Uçhisar Castle. After our free time at the foot of the castle, we will have the opportunity to learn about and taste pumpkin seeds, which is one of the significant income sources of the region. After our time here, we move to Güvercinlik Valley. After the guide's explanation in the vehicle, we take some free time in the area. From here, we head to the Kaymaklı Underground City. Kaymaklı is the underground city with the largest area open for visits in the region. Currently, eight floors of Kaymaklı can be visited. After completing our visit here, we will move to Ihlara Valley. The hundreds of churches and rock-carved structures created by the easy carvability of the rocks that surround the valley have made it one of the world's most important cultural and civilization centers. After completing our visit here, our journey back to Aydın begins. We arrive in Aydın and bid farewell to meet again on another Fibar Tour trip.
